With a decade of funeral care experience, Danielle heads up Memoria’s arranging team. A personal experience of bereavement showed her how much difference compassionate support can make, and that insight drives her work today. Danielle and her team look after upwards of 40 families at any one time, coordinating every detail to ensure each funeral, whether attended or unattended, receives the same thoughtful, personal care.

Steve Wallis is Chief Executive Officer of the Memoria Group. With more than 30 years’ experience in the funeral profession, he has spent his career supporting bereaved families and helping to raise standards across the sector. He was also a prominent voice in the campaign for funeral plan regulation, advocating for fairer treatment and greater protection for consumers.
For Steve, a funeral is unlike any other service, because there is only one chance to get it right. This belief shapes every part of Memoria’s work. Influenced in part by his own family’s experiences of bereavement, Steve is committed to ensuring every family is treated with understanding, compassion and care.

David oversees funeral operations at Memoria, bringing more than three decades of experience in the profession. His career in funeral care began unexpectedly, what started as a temporary role while he waited for another opportunity became a lifelong calling. David leads with a simple philosophy: treat every family as you would want your own to be treated.
David is a passionate Leeds United supporter, enjoys playing golf, and values quality time with his family above all else.

Victoria has more than a decade of experience spanning the funeral industry, healthcare, financial services and partnership marketing. She originally joined the sector to help launch a funeral plan product and discovered a career where her commercial expertise could genuinely help people at the time they need it most.
