Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before you use code ‘CARERSCLUB’ (the “Discount Code”) upon a purchase of a new funeral plan with us. These Terms and Conditions will apply in conjunction with the terms and conditions for the respective funeral plan purchased.     

• The Promoter
  • “We” or “Us” means Memoria Funerals. Memoria Funerals is a trading name of Low Cost Funeral Limited (incorporate and registered in England and Wales with company number: 10119791 whose registered office is at The Pool House Bicester Road, Stratton Audley OX27 9BS (“Promotor”).
  • “You” or “your” in these Terms and Conditions means the new customer who wishes to use the Discount Code.

• Eligibility
  • The Discount Code can only be used by a UK resident aged 18 years or over, except:
    • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
    • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Discount Code or its administration; or
  • The use of the Discount Code is only open to new customers of the Promoter and those who have not yet purchased a funeral plan with us.
  • There is a limit of one use of the Discount Code per person. Use of the Discount Code on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  • The Promoter reserves all rights to refuse to apply the Discount Code for your purchase if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotional offer.
  • The Discount Code cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or any other product. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash alternative is offered.

• The Discount Code
  • The Discount Code provides a £100.00 discount on the total cost of the funeral plan purchased by you and exclusive of any taxes payable.
  • The Discount Code must be applied at the time of the funeral plan purchase. The Discount Code cannot be applied retrospectively to past funeral plan purchases.
  • The Discount Code cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, or voucher.

• Cancellation and Refunds
  • If you cancel a funeral plan purchase the Discount Code will be forfeited and cannot be reissued and/or reused.
  • If a refund is issued for a funeral plan purchase made using the Discount Code, only the amount paid after applying the discount will be refunded. The value of the Discount Code will not be refunded.

• General
  • The opening date for use of the Discount Code is 27/01/2025 The closing date for use of the Discount Code is 31/03/2025. The use of a Discount Code after this time will not be processed.
  • If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing a funeral plan, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for the application of the Discount Code. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
  • You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound the Terms and Conditions upon use of the Discount Code. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Discount Code to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Discount Code and these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Discount Code except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • These Terms and Conditions and the use of the Discount Code are governed by English law. If any user of the Discount Code wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
