Since opening in 2015, the site has offered cremation, traditional burial and natural burial within a magnificent park of manicured gardens and restful country views. It stands on the B6179 Derby Road between Alfreton and Swanwick, carefully designed to blend in with the green space that separates the two villages.
The chapel can be used for cremation, burial or memorial services and offers seating for 100 people, with room to stand and seat 200 once the foyer space is included. Where a very large gathering is expected, over 400 people can be accommodated on site by piping the service outside under the porte-cochere. Parking is available for 60 vehicles, along with overflow capacity for around 40 more.
Service times run at one-hour intervals and can be extended upon request; services may also be booked outside of normal hours and at weekends.

The Celebration of Life Plan allows for a fuller occasion, with no limits on the number of attendees and no time restrictions.
